Royal Agrifirm Group considers it desirable that every employee can internally report any (suspected) situations of abuse within or in relation to us without any fear for the employee's own position.

Introduction

Royal Agrifirm Group considers it desirable that every employee can internally report any (suspected) situations of abuse within or in relation to us without any fear for the employee's own position. Reporting misconduct takes courage, but it's the right thing to do. We want to ensure that an employee's position is safeguarded and take all reports of potential misconduct seriously and handle them promptly, fairly and as confidentially as possible.

If there is a concern about the conduct of anyone representing Royal Agrifirm Group we want to know about it. In first instance our employees report a concern to their manager. If the employee believes there is an important reason to do so, he/she may also report the abuse directly to his/her manager's superior.

If the abuse relates to his/her manager or if the employee feels that the manager or managers have responded to the report unsatisfactorily, the employee can report the abuse to the Whistleblower Committee.

Definitions

Royal Agrifirm Group
The group of companies, consisting of Agrifirm Group BV and its subsidiaries.

Whistleblower Committee
The committee comprised of:

  • The Chairman of the Central Works Council, the Netherlands.
  • The Director Human Resources Agrifirm Group BV.
  • The Executive Secretary Agrifirm Group BV.
